BEEF

Having our cutting plant based in Skipton Auction Mart enables us to buy the finest quality cattle the Yorkshire Dales has to offer. We work closely with the auction mart and the local farmers who use the mart to get the quality we need week after week. Cutting down food miles and helping the rural economy are important factors in the way we run our business.

LAMB

Being based in Skipton, the ‘Gateway to the Dales’, there is always an abundance of the finest quality lamb to offer our customers again bought just yards away at the mart. Be it leg, shoulder, chops, racks or something a bit different we will cut our lambs to your own specification.

PORK

At Barker's Yorkshire Butchers we have teamed up with Ashford Brothers of Bedale who supply us with the finest pork every week direct from their Red Tractor assured farm, ensuring high animal welfare which is most important to us.

Ashfords know exactly what we love not only for our pork but also for our range of Bacon, Gammon and Sausage, all made and cured on the premises.

Our nearest auction for pigs is Wharfedale auction based in Otley, where we purchase prime pigs at their weekly livestock sale. We also buy quality stock from Selby auction mart.
